If you are purchasing a Skoolin Premium subscription for the first time, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date, for any reason. This applies to Monthly, Semester, and Annual plans alike.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals — you will keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period, with no further charges afterward.

If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using Skoolin Premium (e.g., the app crashed repeatedly, or a feature you paid for did not work), contact our support team. We review these cases individually and may issue a refund or credit at our discretion, regardless of the 7-day window.
